Born in Germany in 1996, Antonia was fascinated by fine arts, performance arts and film early on in her life and began to do theatre in 5th grade and began dancing at the age of 15. After graduating she moved to Munich where she continued dancing and doing theater. Antonia did a voluntary year at the Kammerspiele München and acted in the youth ensembles of Volkstheater and Gärtnerplatz Theater. She also acted in indepemdemt productions of the LMU Theater Arts department. Spending some time taking classes with teachers who were members and taught the techniques of Batsheva Dance Company, Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham and classical Ballet companies, she moved to California to study Dance and Theatre Arts at Santa Monica College. Being accepted to SUNY to continue a Bachelor in Dance but not having the financial funds to enroll, she shifted her studies to film production at SMC. After studying classical film production for another 2 years, Antonia transferred to Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver to move towards an experimental approach of filmmaking which was embedded in the studies of performing arts, social sciences, critical theory and fine arts.
In 2021 Antonia moved back to Germany to begin her diploma in Directing at the University of Television and Film Munich. Her first fictional short film Der Antrag screened at several national and international film festivals.
